在快速通道即將修改算分規則之際，5月26日快速通道第63-64次邀請了池子里所有省提名和聯邦技工類移民的申請人，分數不限（最低199分）。本次省提名邀請了143人，聯邦技工移民邀請了400人。
因為聯邦技工類移民要求從事特定技工工作2年，此外還要求申請人要麼有加拿大省政府頒發的技工證書，要麼有LMIA，極少有中國申請人符合條件，所以我們從來沒有對這個項目過多介紹。但現在的趨勢既然是技工不管分數多少都照收不誤，分數無望過400的留學客戶可以考慮就讀符合聯邦技工類移民的專業，畢業通常可以獲得相關技工證書。這樣畢業後通過積累工作可以有省提名+技工類移民雙保險。
所有技工類職業都是B類職業，通常都符合聯邦技術、技工、經驗類和大部分省提名移民項目。

1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on May 25, 2017, and ending on May 26, 2017, is:
in the case of foreign nationals who are members of the class referred to in paragraph 2(c) of the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014 and as amended from time to time, 400; and
in any other case, zero.
Required rank(2) Foreign nationals who, on May 26, 2017, at 16:35:48 UTC, have been assigned a total of 199 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014, and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.
