I am an international student in Manitoba. I am interested in applying for the MPNP, and I have a few questions that need to be clarified:
1. Is there any requirements for the employer’s company in terms of time of operation? For example, can my future employer be a newly-established company?
2. I completed a three-month program in Toronto when I first entered Canada as a visitor, after which I applied for a study permit. Will this educational experience deduct my point during assessment process?
Thank you very much for your assistance. I look forward to hearing back from you soon.
There is no required number of years in operation as long as the business is up and running and have necessary licence to operate. If you went to school while on a visitor’s visa it’s ok not to declare but if you study in another province with a study permit then you need to declare it.
