3月20日Express Entry進行第五次邀請，依然是不分職業、不分類別，恭喜2013年11月新政被CEC砍掉的6類職業重新復活。
這次邀請1620人，分數線下降到481分，移民局自1月底首次邀請到現在還不到兩個月，分數從第一次邀請的886分已經下降了400分，這在我們的預料之中。
我們預計分數還會繼續下降，但是降幅不會有頭兩個月這麼大了，接下來半年分數線有可能會維持在380分以上。

Determination — number of invitations
1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on March 20, 2015 and ending on March 21, 2015 is 1620.
Required rank
(2) Foreign nationals who, on March 20, 2015 at 23:59:53 UTC, have been assigned a total of 481 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014 and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.
