一周又過去了，FSW 2014扣款只扣到5月8號，7、8號的扣款足足扣了一個月，然而這兩天收到的申請真的那麼多嗎？
連續三周，移民局每次更新數據只多了十幾個人，所以扣款的申請才更新在官網上的預測是靠譜的，但是一周只扣十幾個申請，CIO處理FSW的人手明顯不夠，這是要造成積壓的節奏啊。
7月2日更新是收到491份申請，7月7日是505，7月14日是516，我們先來看看7月14日的數據，不要期望和上次更新有太多變化：

但是印度大表的更新對名額是很樂觀的，首先，最大的熱門2173和2714預測年底（12月）才會滿；其次新的表格認為政策會在明年4月30日結束，並且去年的大熱門1112能撐到這個時候；最後，在政策結束之前預計會滿的職業鳳毛麟角。

印度大表歸印度大表，申請人數可以預測，CIC的動態卻沒有人能琢磨透。
最近，一向被認為是移民直通車的PNP出了新的變化，安大略省的Master’s Graduates碩士畢業生省提名在遞交聯邦階段時被要求補充工作材料，甚至有已經PPR的申請人被退回護照，要求補充如下材料：
The job offer from your prospective employer indicating your occupation title and wage for the full-time, permanent position being offered.
A copy of your curriculum vitae.
If you are currently employed in Canada, provide proof of employment (e.g., Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) Notice of Assessment and CRA T4 Statement of Remuneration Paid).
Proof of membership and/or registration in regulated occupations if you intend to work in an occupation that requires registration or certification in Ontario.
Reference letters showing at least 2 years of experience in the previous 5 years for your intended occupation for both work done outside or inside of Canada.
Proof of education including transcripts.
有兩年的工作經驗，誰還花1500大洋買PNP證書呢！安省的碩士和博士生類別，提名的本就是沒有工作的畢業生，他們達到雅思7分、在安省居住一年、有一定資金實力等條件之後，可以直接申請PNP. 一向被認為拿到PNP後只是走程序的時代，被蒙上一層疑雲。
由於CIC電話自然是打不通的，大家首先就想到往安省移民廳打電話，我不得不贊一下安省移民廳，政策內容清晰，解答詳細，還有Facebook、Twitter和各種推介會，從不積壓案件，審理速度超快（不超過3個月），PNP提名信超好看。移民廳最開始也是一頭霧水，後來他們聯繫CIC，給大家的回復是：
CIC is doing a quality assurance pilot project. Please provide all information being requested with an explanation. We have noted this issue and did communicate with CIC.
這個Request是一個問卷調查，還是會影響PNP的申請？經歷了FSW一刀切、CEC砍職業、LMO增大難度、公民法改革後，移民局做出什麼樣的事情，都似乎不足為奇。其他的類別都動過手了，下一個是PNP了，移民局想：不管是誰都要有工作才能移民，碩士和博士更不能例外了，於是他們可以忽略和省政府簽的協議，然後就這麼做了，一點預兆也沒有，連部長指令都懶得下一個（或許他們只是還在起草）。
他們隨時可以把我們的努力付之一炬，偏偏我們還蜂擁而至去申請被他們統治。
