4月9日移民快速通道Express Entry第141-142次分别邀请：
省提名移民，606人，最低分数698，所有省提名的申请人均被邀请。
加拿大经验类移民，3294人，最低分数464。刚好464分的申请人，需要在2020年1月4日之前进入池子。
已经连续两次没有邀请只符合联邦技术移民和/或联邦技工类移民的申请人，原因未知。有可能是政府考虑到这部分申请人通常居住在海外，暂时不方便旅行的临时举措。而此举导致的分数下降对境内的申请人反而是个好消息。
合并邀请了这么久，很多人或许已经忘却CEC的基本条件了，我们复习一下：CEC要求申请人过去3年有累计满1年的加拿大非全日制读书期间的NOC 0、A、B类工作经验。CEC和联邦技术移民FSW的区别主要有如下几个：1、FSW认过去10年，CEC只认过去3年（但CRS打分的时候都是按过去10年的算）；2、CEC不用连续，FSW必须至少有1年连续；3、FSW不用是非全日制读书期间的工作经验，但境内全日制读书期间的工作经验没有CRS分数；4、最重要的，CEC要求是加拿大境内的工作经验，FSW无此要求。其他雅思和学历之类的区别在CRS分数高企下显得不那么重要，略过不提。
还有个很有意思的事情，省提名被邀请的最低分去掉了附加分居然只有98分，大家可以去算分器试试，虽然拿到480以上不容易，但想拿到98这么低的分数（还要满足基本条件池子）就更不容易了。关键是分数都这么低了，居然还能有省提名，你说气不气人。
