有省提名，或者
雅思8777（CLB 9），有加拿大经验或法语流利，有LMIA50，或者
有直接加200分的LMIA（高管类）。
相信一般的申请人这次达不到邀请分数。
预计在未来一段时间分数会缓慢下降，但相当长一段时间不会低于500。建议在安省、卑诗省指望快速通道的申请人尽量早做其他打算。目前我们建议有较长时间开放式工签的申请人去曼省、萨省（需要雇主担保）、爱德华王子岛等，考虑做封闭式工签的申请人可以去阿尔伯塔。
