预计分数会比较长时间稳定在450左右，此外纸质省提名的联邦阶段审理时间由19个月变为了20个月。一边是居高不下的分数，一边是超长的审理时间，难怪BCPNP快速通道类别的分数比常规纸质已经高了不少。申请人要在快速通道和纸质提名中作好取舍。
