10月16日移民快速通道Express Entry第128次邀请分数线357，邀请500人，只限定联邦技工类别（Federal Skilled Trades）。刚好357分的申请人，需要在2019年3月4日之前进入池子。
在上一次的邀请多邀请300人同时分数还上升到464之后，这次又暂停了FSW和CEC的常规邀请，只邀请了技工类，下次的分数可能会再涨一截让很多人心凉了。只能寄希望于EE年底能提高邀请人数和频率分数慢慢回落了。有移民计划的申请人，还是建议，尽早规划，读双学位、提高英语成绩等，早做打算。
至于技工类移民本身，如果还是每半年500人的话，下次怕是要奔着380-400分去了（符合技工类移民的中国申请人极少）。
2019年5月15日，联邦邀请了500名技工移民，最低332分。
2018年9月24日，联邦邀请了500名技工移民，最低284分。
2017年5月26日，联邦邀请了400名技工移民，最低199分。
2017年11月1日，联邦邀请了505名技工移民，最低241分。
2017年5月30日，联邦邀请了500名技工移民，最低288分。
