3月23日移民快速通道Express Entry第140次邀请分数线467，邀请3232人，本次邀请仅限加拿大经验类(CEC)类别，单邀省提名、技工类移民不奇怪，单邀经验类移民已经很久没见过了，这一次邀请分数距离3月4日的138次全类别邀请降低了4分。也就是就算把没有加拿大工作经验的人去掉，也没降多少分，现阶段池子里高分段大多数有加拿大工作经验。
恰好467分的申请人，需要在2019年11月25日之前入池子（移民局官网上的2020年11月25日疑似是移民局笔误）。
