上次移民局史无前例地抽了6000个人，如果本次也抽6000人，分数是肯定会跌破400分的，但这次移民局抽了4147人，是一个有零有整的人数，结合上次邀请的时间，本次实际上是邀请了所有在上次邀请之后入池、401分以上的经验类申请人。如果说移民局以前是控制人数，本次则是实实在在的控制分数。看来移民局短期内并不想让分数跌破400，400分以下的申请人要么刷分，要么需要同时考虑别的项目。
