4月18日Express Entry进行第8次邀请，依然是不分职业、不分类别。邀请分数线453，共邀请715人。
这次分数线很明显是向第六次邀请看齐，说明移民局并不希望分数那么快降到450分以下，此外最近邀请比较频繁，但邀请的人数很少。
另外一层信息，是短短3周时间居然有1600名左右453分以上的新的申请进入了池子，如果这将是常态，那分数线的下降会遥遥无期。
不过我们比较乐观地认为这部分申请人只是最初一些优秀的申请人学历认证、雅思等结果，更新系统后分数上涨冒出来的，不会是常态。
多预测也无益，想要从众多申请人中脱颖而出，还是得提升自身能力。

Determination — number of invitations
1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on April 17, 2015 and ending on April 18, 2015 is 715.
Required rank
(2) Foreign nationals who, on April 18, 2015 at 00:00:00 UTC, have been assigned a total of 453 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014 and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.
