2月27日移民局就进行了第四次邀请，邀请1187人，分数线735分。
为什么会有735这样的分数？
理论上600多分最低可以低到659分，比如申请人老王50岁了，已婚，年龄没有分，学历认证没有做学历也没有分，CEC走B类语言只有CLB5，加拿大工作1年，配偶没有加分，这样是一个59分的申请，但是他有LMIA于是659分。不存在600-659之间的申请人。
从另一方面，FSW客户反而达到600-800分非常困难，FSW雅思最差CLB7，年龄、学历、工作经验都有限制，所以600-800分都是CEC的估计是有道理的。

Determination — number of invitations
1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on February 27, 2015 and ending on February 28, 2015 is: 1187
Required rank
(2) Foreign nationals who, on February 27, 2015 at 23:59:51 UTC, have been assigned a total of 735 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014 and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.
