11月1日（周三）快速通道第75-76次的最低邀请分数是241分，但只邀请省提名和技工类移民的申请人。我们有理由相信这次邀请了所有至少是绝大部分的省提名和技工类申请人。
上次这么做是5月底的第63-64次邀请，当时我们提醒了大家技工类移民没有被联邦抛弃，邀请池子里所有的技工类申请人很有可能是大势所趋，果然5个月过去，联邦故技重施，分数低的技工类申请人可以偷着乐了。而正在为移民项目彷徨，又不愿意去提名项目丰富（通常也比较偏远）省份的申请人是不是可以考虑早作准备呢？
10月31日曼省项目也进行了一次邀请，本省技术工人邀请线仅为577分，除去找到工作的500分，申请人只需要通过自身努力拿到77分即可，这几乎是人人都可以做到的事情，即使在外省学习和工作过被扣掉200分也绰绰有余。

Determination — number of invitations
1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on November 1, 2017, and ending on November 2, 2017, is:
in the case of foreign nationals who are members of the class referred to in paragraph 2(c) of the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014 and as amended from time to time, 505; and
in any other case, zero.
Required rank(2) Foreign nationals who, on November 1, 2017, at 12:55:44 UTC, have been assigned a total of 241 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014, and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.
