6月6日起快速通道要引入法语加分和兄弟姐妹加分，所以我们认为上次只邀请省提名和技工移民会是分数修改之前的最后一次，没想到时隔5天又来了一次常规的邀请。
5月31日第65次邀请分数413分，邀请3877人，不限职业和类别。
这次邀请创下了常规邀请（联邦技术移民和加拿大经验类移民项目）分数的新低。在这样的邀请力度下，分数也没有降几分，我们认为410左右很可能是邀请分数线的底部了，没有这个分数的同学要么朝着这个分数努力，要么建议考虑省提名移民项目。

Determination — number of invitations
1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on May 31, 2017, and ending on June 1, 2017, is 3,877.
Required rank
(2) Foreign nationals who, on May 31, 2017, at 12:13:35 UTC, have been assigned a total of 413 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014, and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.
