安省优才计划已经推出快5年，从一开始的被挤爆到后来的邀请后就被联邦抢走，时至今日安省已经学会非常灵活地运用邀请工具。本次安省基于联邦近期的邀请政策，区别对待了池子里意向为安省的、工作背景为财物专业的CEC和FSW申请人。
具体来说，CEC的邀请分数在358-439分，创下近期的新低。我们提醒计算机专业的同学们做好准备，下次就轮到你们了，不要觉得自己分数太低连池子都舍不得进。
但FSW的邀请分数在471-500分，创下近期的新高，对FSW的申请人来说，通过安省加持可以变成PNP类别，绕过联邦近期不邀请FSW的政策。而且我们预计联邦恢复FSW类后分数会暴涨，471分是不大可能有机会的。收到邀请的客户就不要傻等联邦了，赶紧申请省提名，落袋为安。
至于为什么不邀请500分以上的申请人，估计是被联邦抢怕了，还是让这些人等联邦恢复FSW的邀请吧。但联邦恢复FSW之后分数真的会低于500吗？我们是比较悲观的。

Issuance of Notifications of Interest by targeted occupations under Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream
On June 3, 2020, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) issued targeted Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to candidates who may qualify for Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities (HCP) Stream. If you received a NOI, you do not need to contact the program.The OINP targeted candidates with work experience in the following NOC codes:
0111 Financial managers
0114 Other administrative services managers
0124 Advertising, marketing and public relations managers
1111 Financial auditors and accountants
1114 Other financial officers
1122 Professional occupations in business management consulting
3012 Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses
3124 Other primary health practitioners
3132 Dietitians and nutritionistsFor candidates with one year or more of Canadian work experience, NOIs were issued to those with a CRS between 358 – 439.
For candidates with one year or more of foreign work experience, NOIs were issued to those with a CRS between 471 – 500.
