快速通道实行2年多的2017年，我们的客户已经习惯在留学之前就考虑好移民项目。能自信超过410分的申请人可以拼一拼直接被联邦邀请，400-410分的申请人可以尝试走安省优才。
新生代的大部分留学客户其实达不到这个要求，比如旅游签转学签的大部分客户，光年龄就让上400分变得没有可能。所以在移民项目匮乏的年代，他们纷纷选择了曼省、萨省等偏远省份的省提名。当然还有部分客户选择去魁北克和法语死磕。
但曼省和萨省真的是太冷了。
“由俭入奢易，由奢入俭难”。尤其是在多伦多拿到学签之后再转去那边，大部分客户其实是绝望的。德庄的火锅，大鸭梨的烤鸭，小肥羊的涮肉，中餐之外，还有来自世界各地的美食，完善的中文服务社区——在多伦多华人的聚居区，银行等服务机构甚至政府的办事员都是普通话+粤语标配，中文招牌的数量绝对要高于官方语言之一的法语。而这一切去了曼省萨省都会变得非常遥远，我们温尼伯办公室的员工形容午餐的选择只有披萨、汉堡和炸鸡。
所以我们也有客户明知移民很难，也选择继续在安省学习，他们也并不是自信能被联邦直接邀请，而是想着毕业后再去那边，这样能少苦两年。
联邦技工类移民FSTP早在2013年就提出，要求申请人有2年以上的技工经验+LMIA或省里的技工证书，后来又并入了快速通道移民。在今年5月26日之前，这个项目对中国申请人来说就是一个笑话。国内的技工谁会说英语？而如果到加拿大拿到证书做了2年技工，为什么不在工作满一年的时候直接走经验类移民？不仅是对中国申请人，其他国家的申请人符合FSTP的申请人也少之又少，以至于快速通道实行两年多了，在池子里泡着的技工一共才400人。
5月26日，联邦邀请了池子里所有的技工，最低199分，如果这个政策长期实行下去，联邦技工类移民相当于恢复快速通道之前的申请制而不是邀请制。5月31日，安省推出了技工类移民快速通道，技工类移民的春天似乎要来了。之前我们对于不愿意去外省、分数又不够的申请人推荐学护理走联邦护理类移民，现在他们又多了一重选择。
联邦技工类移民的要求是2年的工作经验+LMIA或省里的技工证书。LMIA基本不考虑，但省里的技工证书对于学院毕业生来说并不难获得。安省的要求则更为宽松，只要求过去2年之内有1年的工作经验，证书并不是必须项，如烘焙、铁匠、木工等都不需要证书。
技工类移民对语言的要求也较低，安省的要求是CLB5，相当于雅思5分左右，联邦对阅读和写作的要求更低，分别只有雅思3.5分和4分。快速通道项目审理时间普遍比一般的省提名项目要快1年以上，所以对于愿意学技工的留学生来说非常合适。
最后说说选专业的问题，看到烘焙也在职业列表里，估计很多人心痒痒了，不过我们的经验是越是愿意去学的专业风险就越大，安省这次就直接去掉了本属于技工类职业的6321主厨和6322厨师。电工、水管工、焊工这种没有人愿意学的专业其实是最安全也最容易找工作的，虽然我们一直以来都强烈推荐这些专业，客户似乎还是不愿意去学。
我们最后把所有的技工类移民职业附后，大部分职业都能在多伦多地区找到对口的专业，毕业后颁发2年学院文凭，希望大家能找到感兴趣的专业。
