Express Entry: will I benefit from submitting my profile first?
Creating an Express Entry profile will soon be the first step to immigrate to Canada permanently as a skilled worker through the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP), or Canadian Experience Class (CEC).
Although the system launches at 12 noon EST on January 1, it is important to note that there is no advantage to rushing to complete this process because you can submit your Express Entry profile at any time.
With Express Entry there are no deadlines to complete a profile and there are no caps on the number of candidates that will be accepted to the pool.
****IMPORTANT****
CIC will issue candidates an Invitation to Apply by regularly drawing only the top ranked candidates from the pool. The first draw will take place at the end of January 2015.
A candidate’s rank is determined using the Comprehensive Ranking System, and not based on when their profile was submitted. In other words, the Express Entry system ensures that only the candidates who are most likely to succeed – and not simply the first to submit their application – are able to apply to immigrate to Canada.
Express Entry系统启动时间为加拿大东部时间1月1日中午12点，也就是北京时间1月2日凌晨1点。CIC强调了EE没有截止日期，也没有cap（申请人数上限），并不用急着在第一时间递交。Express Entry的第一次捞人是在一月底，所以大家有将近一个月时间来熟悉这一系统并进一步完善自己的申请材料。
萨省的回复是被我们用一个个电话和一封封邮件催出来的，下面是我们的邮件：
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am an applicant of 2015 SINP-Occupation In-Demand. I have phoned your office on Dec. 29th, 2014 about the application time. I was told it is scheduled to accept the application of 2015 at 8:00 am of January 2nd, 2015 by one representative. But I was also told the system will start to accept the application at 12:00 am of January 2nd, 2015 by another representative who called me back to answer the message I left. I am now confusing which one is accurate. What is the result of submitting my application before the acceptance time set by the government? For example, If 8:00 am, January 2nd, 2015 is right and I submit the application at around 12:00 am January 2nd, 2015, what will happen to my application? Will I be rejected or accepted as an application for 2015 program? Given the extreme popularity of your program, the exact acceptance time is really most important thing for me. Could you kindly help me to clarify it? Many many sincere thanks! I am looking forward to your reply!

The 2015 SINP thresholds will open January 2nd, 2015 at 8 am CST. You will not be able to submit your application prior to this time.
