3月20日Express Entry进行第五次邀请，依然是不分职业、不分类别，恭喜2013年11月新政被CEC砍掉的6类职业重新复活。
这次邀请1620人，分数线下降到481分，移民局自1月底首次邀请到现在还不到两个月，分数从第一次邀请的886分已经下降了400分，这在我们的预料之中。
我们预计分数还会继续下降，但是降幅不会有头两个月这么大了，接下来半年分数线有可能会维持在380分以上。

Determination — number of invitations
1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on March 20, 2015 and ending on March 21, 2015 is 1620.
Required rank
(2) Foreign nationals who, on March 20, 2015 at 23:59:53 UTC, have been assigned a total of 481 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014 and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.
